Chicken kebab also known as kastoori kebab. chicken Kebabs consist of egg coated chicken, with vegetables, and various other spices. chicken kebabs are cooked on a tandoor, grill and oven. chicken kebab is a main course meals.

Cooking time: 10 minutes
Chicken : 600gm
Eggs : 3pcs
Gramflour : 100gm
Garlic paste : 40gm/ 6¾ tsp
Ginger paste : 40gm/ 6¾ tsp
White Pepper powder : 5gm/ 1 tsp
Black Cumin seeds : 3gm/ 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Lemon juice : 45ml/ 3 Tbs
Butter : 60gm/ 4 Tbs
Oil : 10ml/ 2 tsp
Ginger : 20gm/ 2 Tbs
Coriander : 20gm/ ⅓ cup
Green Cardamom Powder : 2gm/ ⅓ tsp
Saffron : ½gm/ 1 tsp
Breadcrumbs : 80gm/ ¾ cup
Step:1 Clean and remove the chicken skin, debone and cut each into medium size.
Step:2 Take the bowl, Mix ginger paste, garlic paste and lemon juice with the seasoning. some time after rub the chicken pieces with this mixture. Keep aside for 1 hour.
Step:3 Clean and wash the ginger and coriander. The ginger, Scrape and finely chop. Chop the coriander in medium size.
Step:4 Heat butter and oil in a kadhai, add gramflour and saute over medium heat until golden brown. Remove 20g/ 4 tsp and keep aside. Add breaderumbs, chopped ginger, coriander and the marinated chicken, saute for 4-5 minutes.
Step:5 Separate the egg yolks, transfer to a bowl, add cumin, saffron and the reserved gramflour, whisk.
Step:6 The oven, Pre-heat to 300 F.
Step:7 Skewer 6 chicken pieces together and overlapping. Leave a gap of 2 inches and then skewer the next lot. Coat each set with the batter.
method:1 Roast in a moderately hot tandoor for approximately 5-6 minutes.
method:2 again Roast in a charcoal grill for 6-8 minutes.
method:3 again Roast in a pre-heated oven for 8-10 minutes.
method:4 Remove the kebab from oven and sprinkle cardamom powder.
